Michael Warner Named Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney

The BiState Law Center is pleased to announce that Michael Warner has been named a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney by the National Trial Lawyer Association.

The National Trial Lawyers Association is a professional organization composed of the top trial lawyers from each state. Membership into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law. Michael Warner’s work as a Missouri Workers Compensation Attorney fits squarely within the National Trial Lawyers Association’s mission. The BiState Law Center is exceptionally proud of Mike’s accomplishments and his work representing injured workers in Missouri.

Standard for Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney

The NTLA’s extends membership in the Top 40 Under 40 to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile measured by objective and uniformly applied standards in compliance with state bar and national rules of professionalism. Invitees must exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase objective process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research.

Michael Warner is the second lawyer from BiState to be named a Top 40 Under 40 by the NTLA.
