About BiState Injury Law Center

The BiState Injury Law Center is a group of award-winning, Missouri Workers Compensation lawyers dedicated to helping people that have been hurt at work. We use the law to help clients enforce their rights, get the medical they need and get back to work. We deliver access to justice by skillfully advocating against the insurance companies and their legal teams while telling our clients’ stories. Our Vision

We want insurance companies to treat the injured like people, not like file numbers and dates of loss items. By providing open and honest communication with our clients, we can empower them and their cases against the teams of adjusters, investigators and lawyers that the insurance companies assemble to minimize client recovery and maximize their profits.

By leveraging our experience in the workers compensation system, utilizing our knowledge of the insurance industry, and applying a team environment, BiState will become part of the recovery process for clients and maximize the value of clients’ claims.
