Missouri Workers Comp Benefits Calculators

Work Comp Benefits Calculator

The Missouri Workers Compensation Benefits Calculators below are not intended to provide you legal advice, nor can they tell you exactly what your work comp case is worth.   Only a Missouri work comp lawyer can give you an idea of what your case “might” be worth.  The calculators are only general approximations of the possible benefits available that your lawyer will work to maximize for you. A full analysis of the benefits you may be owed are beyond the scope of this Missouri Workers Compensation webpage.  We invite you to contact us to discuss the specifics of your claim.

If you qualify for PTD, you will receive a check every week for the rest of your life, in the amount you calculated above. You may also choose to receive a lump sum instead of the weekly checks. If you choose the lump sum, the value must be reduced by a present-value calculation. This formula can change based on interest rates and investment vehicles. We can help you through the calculation to get the correct PTD lump sum value.
